Mission
Our Mission
To promote the art of debate among high school learners of the Empangeni, Richards Bay, and Zululand regions, host career expos that provide learners with access to a wide range of career opportunities, and provide mental health talks to learners that are designed to equip them to cope with the challenges of adolescence.
What We Do
Career Expos
One of our objectives as CMS is to assist our beneficiaries (secondary school learners) to make career.
informed decisions, by making readily available the necessary resources and information, as well as educating them on the importance of furthering their education and the vast career opportunities that are available to them.
At the end of every successful career expo, parents should have:
Gained the opportunity to receive more information and heightened their interest in their
children’s future.

Learnt about careers in various industries and fields.
Skills
Gained a better understanding of the skills required for jobs in various industries and fields.

Acquired a chance to meet individually with professionals in various career fields and ask questions about their work, companies, and industries.
